Our refreshing cocktails are made using an Asian distilled spirit, soju (called shochu in Japan), which is made from rice or barley. Soju is the up and coming lighter spirit now being used in many trendy restaurants and lounges as a substitute for higher-proof vodka. Consistent with the Eastern philosophy in the sense that less is more, one can enjoy being social without going to the extreme. While soju is less potent than other distilled spirits, it is adequate to conjure up a mellow buzz. Bottoms up.Kan Pai!!
